# Terms of service

> The terms that govern your use of the Wazoo Platform, the Console, and the Worlds data plane.

These terms govern your use of the Wazoo Platform, including the Console, the
Platform API, and hosted Worlds.

## Your account

You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for
keeping your credentials secure. Do not share access tokens outside your
organization.

You confirm that you are at least 13 years old. If you are under 13, do not use
the service unless a parent or guardian has given verifiable consent. See the
[privacy policy](https://docs.wazoo.dev/privacy-policy) for how we handle
personal information.

## Acceptable use

You may not use the service to:

* Violate applicable law or the rights of others.
* Store or process data you do not have the right to use.
* Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, other accounts, or
  systems.
* Interfere with or disrupt the service, including abusive query patterns.

## Worlds and data

Your Worlds are yours. You grant us the limited right to store and process your
data to operate the service, back it up, and keep it secure.

We do not sell your data. See the

## Service availability

The Wazoo Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis during the
private beta. We may change or discontinue features, and we do not guarantee
uninterrupted availability or that stored data will never be lost.

## Termination

You can stop using the service at any time and request deletion of your account
and associated data. We may suspend or terminate access to accounts that violate
these terms.

## Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wazoo is not liable for indirect,
incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or
data, arising from your use of the service.

## Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be
communicated through the service. Continued use after a change means you accept
the updated terms.
